San Antonio Commercial and Residential Loan Professional Fred Hobbs

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Fred Hobbs is an experienced leader in the mortgage lending industry. His professional knowledge encompasses several areas, including mortgage servicing, mortgage origination, mortgage requirements and compliance, and mortgage note investing. Fred Hobbs is the president of two San Antonio mortgage industry companies: Texas Mortgage Capital Corp., and Securenet Loan Services, LLC.

Mr. Hobbs purchased Texas Mortgage Capital in 1999. As the president of the mortgage brokerage, he ensures compliance with state and federal regulations for both commercial and residential property loans that he purchases or services. He has originated and underwritten loans and currently works with borrowers and private money lenders to meet loan requirements and handles other leadership responsibilities. In 2013, he expanded his professional activities by founding assuming the presidency of Secutenet Loan Services, a regional loan servicing company servicing approximately 2,000 private investor money loans. He directs all business operations at Securenet, including mortgage payment collections, principal and interest payment distributions to lenders and loss mitigation and loan modification.

Mr. Hobbs past professional credentials include a real estate agent license and a residential mortgage loan officer license. He currently maintains licensing and bonding for his private money mortgage loan servicing business (Securenet).
